Insomniac is about something that a lot of kids my age have problems with--bad sleep schedules. I was going to bed in the earliest hours of the morning, and waking up around 3 PM. It was really bad. I realized that I was missing a huge amount of my day, and probably suffering because of it. I eventually turned my life around.
